By using Archmatch´s website and the architecture services provided therein, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

Archmatch´s architects provide design services for various types of projects, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. We offer architecture services, which include but are not limited to, consultations, design concepts, drawings, and 3D modeling. These services are provided by licensed and qualified architects. By using Archmatch´s website to obtain design services, you acknowledge that our architects will provide services as agreed upon in the project agreement.

Archmatch´s architects carry liability insurance to protect against any errors or omissions in their work. However, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the design services meet your specific needs and local building regulations. You are solely responsible for the selection of any contractors or suppliers and for any errors, omissions, or defects that may occur during the construction process. 

Archmatch´s architects are not responsible for providing tax advice. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable tax laws.

Our architects will provide design services that comply with local building regulations to the best of their knowledge. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the design services comply with all local building regulations and zoning requirements. 

Our fees for design services are clearly displayed in the Project Agreement that you will enter, prior to the design phase starts. By using our services, you agree to pay the fees as indicated. 

Payment for design services is required before any work can begin. Payments will be made through Archmatch´s website, and we accept various forms of payment, including credit card, debit card, and PayPal. When a project exceed´s a value of 100 000 SEK, the payment will be divided in two or more partial payments, according to the agreed payment plan with the architect.  

All intellectual property rights associated with the design services, including but not limited to, drawings, designs, and models, belong to Archmatch. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute Archmatch´s intellectual property without our express written consent. 

We understand the sensitive nature of design services and are committed to maintaining confidentiality. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent. The information shared in your Project Description, will only be visible for the qualified architects that has a signed agreement with Archmatch. Once you enter into the Project Agreement, information regarding your project will only be visible for the chosen architect and Archmatch. 

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable design services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the design services provided, nor are we liable for any damages arising from the use of our design services. 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 

We reserve the right to terminate our design services at any time, for any reason. In the event of termination, we will provide a refund for any unused portion of the fees paid.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.

By using our website to obtain design services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
